Very nicely done; you've captured the character of the fellow wonderfully.
The lack of contrast about the right foot leaves some confusion for the viewer as it looks like it's one with the cloak rather than behind it. I know you said that you took the pose from a photo ref, but the billowing cloak looks odd given his unmoving stance and the lack of background to place him in a locale which might provide wind.
I really like how much of his pose is conveyed by the form of the cloak, despite its dark appearance .
